سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استخدامك تطبيق Bowling Majlis («التطبيق»)، ولماذا، ومن يراها، وكيف تحذفها. نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل التطبيق، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني لتسجيل الدخول برمز يُرسل إليه، واسمك الظاهر في التطبيق.
- الملف الشخصي: ما تختار إدخاله، مثل صالتك المفضلة وكراتك، وإعداد الخصوصية (حساب عام أو خاص).
- نتائج اللعب: الأشواط والنتائج (السريعة أو المفصّلة إطاراً بإطار)، وتاريخ الجلسة والصالة ونمط التزييت والكرة، وما يُحسب منها كالمعدل والمستوى والأوسمة.
- النشاط مع الآخرين: الأصدقاء والدعوات، وجلسات الأصدقاء والبطولات التي تشارك فيها أو تنظّمها، والبلاغات والحظر الذي تقوم به.
- صور الإثبات: صورة شاشة الصالة أو ورقة النتيجة إذا اخترت إرفاقها أو طلبتها الإدارة.
- بيانات تقنية: سجلات تشغيل أساسية يحفظها مزوّد الخادم (مثل وقت الطلب وعنوان IP) لحماية الخدمة وإصلاح الأعطال. تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر تُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات.
2. لماذا نستخدمها
- تشغيل حسابك وتسجيل دخولك.
- حفظ نتائجك وحساب معدلك ومستواك وتصنيفك وأوسمتك.
- جلسات الأصدقاء والبطولات والتنبيهات المرتبطة بها.
- عدالة النتائج: مراجعة النتائج غير المعتادة والبلاغات، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
3. من يرى بياناتك
- الحساب العام: يظهر اسمك ومستواك ومعدلك في التصنيف والبحث، ويرى المستخدمون ملخص ملفك.
- الحساب الخاص: يرى ملفك ونتائجك أصدقاؤك فقط، ولا يظهر اسمك في التصنيف أو البحث لغيرهم.
- الجلسات والبطولات: يرى المشاركون ومنظّم البطولة نتائجك فيها، ونتائج البطولات المنتهية تظهر في ترتيبها.
- صور الإثبات: يراها مشرفو التطبيق فقط.
- المشرفون: يطّلعون على البيانات عند الحاجة لمراجعة النتائج والبلاغات، وكل إجراء منهم يُسجَّل في سجل تدقيق.
4. مزوّدو الخدمة
نستعين بشركات تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط ولتشغيل التطبيق:
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول وتخزين الصور.
- Resend: إرسال رسائل البريد التي تحمل رمز الدخول.
- Google: خطوط العرض في التطبيق (Google Fonts)، وإشعارات الجوال عبر Firebase عند تفعيلها.
قد تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم هؤلاء المزوّدين خارج دولة قطر، مع حمايتها أثناء النقل بالتشفير (HTTPS).
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
- نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ونتائجك ما دام حسابك قائماً.
- صور الإثبات تُحفظ لمدة محدودة يحددها التطبيق ثم تُحذف.
- عند حذف حسابك نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً، باستثناء ما هو موضّح في القسم التالي.
6. حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب، أو بطلب عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. عند الحذف يُحذف ملفك وبريدك ونتائجك الشخصية وأصدقاؤك وصورك. نتائجك في البطولات المنتهية تبقى في ترتيبها حتى لا يتغير ترتيب الآخرين، لكن باسم «لاعب محذوف» دون أي ربط بك.
7. حقوقك
يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، وطلب نسخة منها أو حذفها أو تصحيحها بمراسلتنا. نرد خلال 30 يوماً.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمت أن طفلاً أنشأ حساباً راسلنا لحذفه.
9. الأمان
نحمي البيانات بالتشفير أثناء النقل، وبصلاحيات تمنع أي مستخدم من الوصول لبيانات غيره إلا ما تسمح به إعدادات الخصوصية، ولا يصل للأدوات الإدارية إلا المشرفون.
10. التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث تاريخها أعلاه، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهرياً.

This policy explains what data the Bowling Majlis app (“the app”) collects, why, who can see it, and how to delete it. We collect only what the app needs to work. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your email address (to sign in with a one-time code) and your display name.
- Profile: details you choose to add, such as your home venue and bowling balls, and your privacy setting (public or private).
- Game data: games and scores (quick or frame by frame), session date, venue, oil pattern and ball, and what is calculated from them: average, level, rankings and badges.
- Activity with others: friends and invitations, friends sessions and tournaments you join or organize, and reports and blocks you make.
- Proof photos: a photo of the lane screen or score sheet, if you attach one or an admin asks for it.
- Technical data: basic server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as request time and IP address) for security and troubleshooting. Language and theme preferences stay on your device.
We do not collect your location or contacts, and we use no tracking or advertising tools.
2. How we use it
- To run your account and sign you in.
- To save your scores and calculate your average, level, rankings and badges.
- For friends sessions, tournaments and their notifications.
- To keep scores fair: reviewing unusual scores and reports, and preventing abuse.
3. Who can see your data
- Public account: your name, level and average appear in rankings and search, and users can see your profile summary.
- Private account: only your friends see your profile and scores; you don’t appear in rankings or search for others.
- Sessions and tournaments: participants and the organizer see your scores there; finished tournament results appear in their standings.
- Proof photos: visible to app admins only.
- Admins: access data only when needed to review scores and reports; every admin action is recorded in an audit log.
4. Service providers
- Supabase: database, sign-in and photo storage.
- Resend: sending sign-in code emails.
- Google: fonts (Google Fonts), and push notifications via Firebase once enabled.
Data may be stored on these providers’ servers outside Qatar and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
5. Retention
- We keep your account data and scores while your account exists.
- Proof photos are kept for a limited period set by the app, then deleted.
- When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except as described below.
6. Deleting your account
Delete your account any time in the app: Account → Delete account, or request it on the delete account page. Your profile, email, personal scores, friends and photos are deleted. Your results in finished tournaments stay in their standings so other players’ places don’t change, shown as “Deleted player” with no link to you.
7. Your rights
You can view and edit your data in the app, and ask us for a copy, correction or deletion by email. We reply within 30 days.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access rules stop users from reading other users’ data beyond what privacy settings allow, and admin tools are limited to admins.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
