- افتح التطبيق وسجّل دخولك.
- اذهب إلى حسابي.
- اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد.
بدون التطبيق
أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجّل في حسابك إلى [email protected] بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب». نتحقق أن الطلب من صاحب الحساب، وننفّذه خلال 30 يوماً ونبلغك بالرد.
ما الذي يُحذف
- ملفك الشخصي واسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
- نتائجك وجلساتك الشخصية وإحصاءاتك وأوسمتك.
- أصدقاؤك ودعواتك وتنبيهاتك وكراتك.
- صور الإثبات التي أرسلتها.
ما الذي يبقى
نتائجك في البطولات المنتهية تبقى في ترتيبها حتى لا يتغير ترتيب اللاعبين الآخرين، لكن باسم «لاعب محذوف» دون أي بيانات تدل عليك. وقد يبقى سجل إداري مختصر لما اتُّخذ من إجراءات على الحساب لأغراض الأمان.
تُحذف البيانات خلال 30 يوماً من الطلب. لمزيد من التفاصيل راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete your Bowling Majlis account
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request comes from the account owner, complete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile, name and email address.
- Your personal scores, sessions, stats and badges.
- Your friends, invitations, notifications and balls.
- Proof photos you sent.
What is kept
Your results in finished tournaments stay in their standings so other players’ places don’t change, shown as “Deleted player” with nothing that identifies you. A short admin record of actions taken on the account may be kept for security.
